Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal Renovation Has Reached 60 Percent

The emplacements renovation on the south and north sides of the Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal, Jatinegara, East Jakarta has touched 60 percent.

It is targeted to be finished in December

Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal Head Bambang Sutrisno said it is conducted to minimize inundation on the land.

"It has been carried out since early October," he expressed, Tuesday (11/5).

Thus far the emplacements on the south side as wide as 578 square meters and on north side as wide as 760 square meters have been casted with a thickness of 25 centimeters per each.

"It is targeted to be finished in December," he uttered.

As for the information, the number of trajectories in the terminal has 14 trajectories with 623 fleets. There are also eight trajectories of Transjakarta with 111 fleets that serve Kampung Melayu - Ancol, Kampung Melayu - Kota and Kampung Melayu - Pulogebang via Jatinegara Train Station, Kampung Melayu - Pulogebang via KBT, Kampung Melayu - Grogol, Kampung Melayu - Puri Beta, Kampung Melayu - Kampung Rambutan and Kampung Melayu - Tanah Abang.
